Biographical Info

Joseph Ross, MD, is a graduate of Loyola Stritch Medical School. He completed his family practice residency at Rockford Medical Education Foundation and his faculty development fellowship at Michigan State University’s Office of Medical Education Research and Development.

Joseph Ross, MD, provides quality patient care at the L.P. Johnson Family Health Center and has over 25 years’ experience. He is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, a role he has served since 1984.

A graduate of the residency program at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, he takes special interest in preventative care, health education, geriatric patients and research. He is a long-time member of the American Medical Association, the Illinois State Medical Society and the Winnebago County Medical Society.
