Fourth-year medical student Megan Saltsgaver
Fourth-year medical student Megan Saltsgaver, third-year medical student Madison Cheung and Weihai Zhan, PhD, director of student research in the Office of Research, recently had an article published in The Laryngoscope, a publication that focuses on advances in the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck disorders.
The articled is titled, “Prevalence of Esophageal Dysmotility and Reflux in Muscle Tension Dysphonia Patients.”
The objective of this research was to determine the prevalence of reflux and esophageal dysmotility disorders among muscle tension dysphonia patients.
