About
Dr. Madison McKenzie is from Peterborough, Ontario Canada. She graduated with honors with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology from the University of Montevallo in Alabama where she attended on lacrosse scholarship. She completed her medical education at Saint James School of Medicine in Anguilla, British West Indies, where she volunteered with Anguilla Red Cross and other community-based programs to promote health and wellness within the local community. Her passions include full-spectrum family medicine, women's health and obstetrics as well as integrative medicine.
As a resident physician, Dr. McKenzie is dedicated to providing compassionate care to her patients with a focus on integrative medicine to encompass their overall physical, mental and emotional well-being.
In her free time Dr. McKenzie enjoys trying new coffee shops, reading, and traveling with her husband. She is excited to be in Rockford with the opportunity to serve the diverse and underserved population.
