After hearing from students, staff and faculty about the desire for better coffee options on campus, the College of Medicine has contracted with a vendor that will bring a food truck vendor to campus two days per week. Thank you to everyone who took the survey to determine preferences for a pilot program.
The Vintage Goose Cafe will be located in the parking lot near the Main Entrance.
Vintage Goose Café will set up their Airstream trailer to serve coffee, tea, baked goods, soup and salads in the East Parking lot near the Main Entrance. Cash or credit cards are accepted (no checks).
Service to students, staff and faculty, as well as the general public, will be available 7 a.m.-1 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays for eight weeks starting Monday, March 6, through Tuesday, April 25.
After eight weeks, the program will be evaluated to determine if continuing and/or additional hours are warranted.
Fresh, frozen and packaged foods and beverages will continue to be available in “The Gas Station” on campus every day.
