The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the functions of the college, which includes HRIS systems, employee relations, recruitment, hiring/onboarding, payroll processing, policy and compliance, union relations, leaves of absence, and management development programs. The Human Resources office at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford works in partnership with UIC Human Resources, UIC Faculty Affairs, and other UIC Campus Offices to meet the College’s Human Resources operational needs.
Services provided by the Office of Human Resources includes employment, records/reports, compensation, employee relations, benefits training, employee health and safety, employee training and development.
