Download iCal FileThe Winnebago County Health Department will offer no-cost flu vaccines to State Employees and Retirees through two scheduled flu clinics. COVID-19 vaccinations will not be offered this year.
Pre-registration is required. Please use this link to register for your flu vaccination and follow the instructions provided below. (If you filled out the previous survey, you still need to register.)

Note when registering for flu clinics:
- When asked for an event code, enter the code listed above to schedule at your preferred site. You may register and get vaccinated at whichever site works best for you, however wherever you register is where you will need to be vaccinated.
- Codes must be entered in ALL CAPS.
- UIC students are NOT eligible for this opportunity (Student Health and Wellness will coordinate student flu clinic opportunities on campus.)
For your appointment:
- Bring you UIC ID.
- Wear short sleeves or a shirt that provides easy access to your upper arm. If you’re wearing a tie, please take it off prior to arriving.
- Do not come in for your appointment for influenza vaccination if you are currently experiencing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, headache, muscle aches, abdominal pain, diarrhea, runny nose, loss of taste or smell), or are off work due to a positive COVID-19 test.
