Download iCal FileAll faculty, staff, residents and retirees (no dependents) who are covered under State of Illinois health insurance through the University are eligible to receive a flu vaccine at no cost.
Enter the code "IL" when prompted using the RSVP link below.
The flu vaccination is required for all clinical staff. You will not be able to work after November 30, 2024, if you have not received the flu shot or completed an exemption.
In all other areas, staff are highly encouraged to get the flu vaccination, but it is not mandatory.
