Wind down the evening with "yogic sleep." This guided, restorative practice keeps you on the cusp of the conscious and unconscious state, allowing you to achieve the deepest state of relaxation.
This is the final yoga session for the April-May session as presented by Rachel owner of RealBeautifulYOU.
Each class will be offered free of charge to all students. Bring your own mat, as UIC has a limited number available.
