Students, staff, faculty and the community are invited to hear some health tips and then take a walk along the recreation path at the Klehm Arboretum and Botanical Gardens at 2715 S. Main St., Rockford, IL 61102. Paved walking combines two loops. Dogs are welcome. Meet at the Visitor's Center.
Free entrance to Klehm for all Walk with U attendees.
UICOMR doctor-led walking group with Thomas Schiller, MD.
