Students, staff, faculty and the community are invited to hear some health tips and then take a walk along the recreation path at the Midway Village Loop located at 6799 Guilford Rd, Rockford, IL 61107. Meet at parking lot off Guilford Rd.
One and four-tenths (1.4) mile walk: Paved, flat loop. Can do multiple loops. Leashed dogs welcome.
UICOMR doctor-led walking group with Dr. Nagavalli.
