“Named professorships are so incredibly meaningful because they recognize faculty members who not only play a critical role in students’ lives as teachers and mentors but also make groundbreaking contributions to their field through innovative research,” says Executive Dean Mark Rosenblatt. “A named professorship is one of the highest honors a faculty member can receive and one of the most lasting and generous ways a donor can support our institution and our thought leadership.”
