As daylight fades,
lives enriched by its historic splendor hold vigil for their dimming companion,
environment prepared by helping hands
to ground them and their sinking Star.
~ We Remember ~
Relations cherish
moments of connection as rays of bright clarity pierce twilight’s fog,
warming the hearts of those who gathered
to accompany the conclusion of the Day.
~ We Remember ~
The Sun departs,
settling comfortably beyond the horizon,
leaving behind a dark sky sparkling with countless remote lights
no less beautiful for being visions of brilliance now past.
