Stephanie Calato, MS, assistant dean of student affairs, has been named executive secretary/treasurer of the Central Group on Student Affairs (CGSA), which provides guidance and support for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
Dean Calato was appointed this summer and immediately started contributing. She organizes meetings, informs CGSA constituents about upcoming conferences, workshops and events, creates newsletters with updates for the central group and provides travel scholarships for conference attendees.
