Please report your injury/exposure per your departmental policy, complete the work-related injury paperwork, and contact Employee Health Services by phone or email.
COVID-19 Information for UIC Employees in Rockford
Updated COVID-19 guidance for staff and faculty is available for Rockford campus members not affiliated with UI Health and who do not have clinical duties, such as patient- or study-participant-facing duties. UI Health faculty, staff and students who are currently on a clinical rotation or are engaged in patient-facing activities should follow the guidance provided by University Health Services (UHS) for the clinical setting.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program provides resources for support and information during difficult times. This is a free, voluntary, and confidential program. The program provides problem identification, counseling, and referral services for employees and their covered dependents regardless of the health plan chosen.
