Be sure to save the date for a morning of self-care and community building as the Fun Committee hosts the Employee Health & Wellness Fair for all UIC campus employees. Come enjoy a few or all of the planned activities. The morning will be filled with a variety of fun ways to participate including:
- Art therapy
- Chair massages
- Chair yoga
- Guided meditation
- Health & Wellness Jeopardy
- Plant booth & U of I Extension Master Gardeners
- Therapy dogs
- Two maker stations
- and much more!
The Vintage Goose will be on hand selling yummy treats and drinks. In addition, the U of I Extension Master Gardeners will host a plant booth and answer questions.
