About
Novak has served as the practice manager of the L.P .Johnson Family Health Center since March 2008. She has a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University. She is responsible for the Practice Management curriculum and assists with the resident Quality Improvement projects. Her special interests are administration, practice redesign and quality improvement.
