UI Health L.P. Johnson Family Health Center Has New Hours
The L.P. Johnson Family Health Center, 1221 E. State St., a part of UI Health, and has new hours starting July 1, 2018.
The L.P. Johnson Family Health Center is a unique family practice that is a teaching facility for the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford. Resident physicians in the Family Medicine Residency Program provide care of patients from pregnant women to newborns to seniors under the guidance of attending physicians. These attending physicians are faculty members of the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford. Nurses, medical assistants, a clinical pharmacist and behavioral health specialists are also part of the L.P. Johnson Family Health Center health care team.
New hours for the UI Health L.P. Johnson Family Health Center are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Same-day and next-day appointments are often available by calling (815) 972-1000.
