UIC Health Sciences Campus to Host Open House
The UIC Health Sciences Campus-Rockford, 1601 Parkview Ave., will host an open house for high school and college students and their family members on Saturday, November 16, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Through tours, information sessions and program booths, participants will gain information about the University of Illinois at Chicago educational programs offered on the Rockford campus. These degree programs include the Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Medicine, Rural Health Professions Program, Master of Science in Medical Biotechnology, Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing. Information about the Crawford Library of the Health Sciences, campus research and student organizations also will be available.
Information booths will be available throughout the event. Mini-info sessions every half-hour will be held in the Robert J. Vickrey MD Auditorium starting at 10 a.m. Tours of the campus will be available every half hour starting at 10:30 a.m.
