Walk with U Events
The University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford and UW Health have teamed up to provide a walking program to encourage adults to get more active and learn about their health. The Walk with U Program will include Saturday morning walks led by physicians, resident physicians and medical students who can provide health tips at various locations including forest preserves in the Rockford area.
