The Office of Human Resources at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford works in partnership with University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Human Resources, UIC Faculty Affairs, and other UIC campus offices to meet the college’s HR operational needs.

The UICOMR Office of Human Resources  is responsible for HR information systems, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, hiring/onboarding, benefits training, payroll processing, employee health and safety, policy and compliance, employee training, union relations, leaves of absence, and management development programs.
